Displaying sticky ads only on specific browser sizes
Some of the sticky placements are a good fit for specific devices or browser sizes.
- Mobile device’s screen size is too small, and these ads will generally not display correctly.
- Screen zoom or older devices can cause the sticky ads left and right to cover the content when the screen becomes too small.
To avoid this above issue, we set the adverts to not display on screens that are too small.

- Max animation length: 15 seconds unless user initiated. Animation can loop twice (play through 3 times). Continuous looping is permitted but often not effective.
- REA Served HTML5:
- Creative should be submitted in a Zip File containing (but not limited to) HTML, JS, CSS, GIF, JPEG. Adobe Edge is accepted.

- Do not embed click-through URLs directly in to the code as this will not allow clicks to be tracked
- All external resources within the HTML must have secure URLs (https). We cannot accept HTML that pulls in non-secure content.
- All external resources within the HTML must not exceed a combined file size of 100kb.
- HTML5 Rich Media:
- Must use approved REA Group Ad Server vendors: Sizmek, Atlas, Double Click.
- New 3rd party vendors can be approved on a case by case basis. Please allow 3 business days for testing.

Design Guidelines
- Creative must not aim to look like site content such as editorial or search results listings; As such, creative that uses components that are similar in look to sen.news site content, such as the same image sizes, button styles, etc may be rejected.
- If the banner background colour is white and/or does not fill the entire space, please include a one pixel border of HEX Web Colour #CCCCCC.
- Creative can include a brand mark of the advertiser.
- Creative must be of quality i.e. acceptable image resolution and professional design standards.
- sen.news reserves the right to remove or request amends to any creative which is deemed unsuitable for the site.
- sen.news recommends a minimum of two (2) separate creatives/messages to be supplied in order to optimise clicks effectively.
